M.O.C., s.r.o. The company was established on June 19th 2001 as the proprietary company which owns operational assets of CHIRANA Medical, a.s. (dental systems and dental handpieces) and CHIRANA s.r.o. (anaesthetic devices, intensive care units and resuscitation sets) being the only shareholder of these companies.
The new Corporate Governance rules were adapted in accordance with the "Code for Corporate Governance" published by the institute INEKO (Institute for economic and social reforms in Central Europe) as the "Model of Transparent Firm". |
